CC - I'd never read the book until last year.  Neither had my sister.  We were both a little frustrated at the fact that the tree gave everything and yet the boy didn't seem to learn much in the end.  But most people I know (especially children) love the story.  I guess she and I are missing out on something when we read it.

So, I'm home from my trip.  This one was physically bad (i.e., exhausting) for me.  I didn't get more than about 3 hours of sleep for 3 nights in 4.  I tried some sleep aids but they just don't work on me.  I've got to figure something out before my next trip.  Nothing much to report other than the new hotel was nice.  Oh, and it turns out that Frankenstein's castle is only about 20 minutes away from the office.  I didn't get to see it this trip but next time I go my team wants to take me there.  That could be cool.

I've got a new work computer and they didn't load all the software I had from my previous laptop.  That makes me nuts.  I provided a list of everything I had and needed.  I hauled the thing with me on my trip only to find that I couldn't do the work I'd planned on.  Things like this make me very tired.
